Overview

These terms govern your use of the RankAbove website and the services we provide. By engaging RankAbove, you agree to these terms.

The service

RankAbove builds and manages the online presence for home service businesses. Depending on your plan, this may include a website, an optimized Google Business Profile, localized service pages, business listings, lead capture and follow-up, a review system, and monthly reporting. We build, host, and maintain these for the duration of your subscription.

Billing & cancellation

• The Foundation plan is $197 to launch, then $297/month.
• The Foundation plan is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
• Higher plans are offered to established clients and may carry their own terms, which will be disclosed before you upgrade.
• You retain ownership of your domain, website, Google Business Profile, and customer data.

Your responsibilities

RankAbove builds your presence and delivers and follows up on leads. You are responsible for responding to and winning your own jobs. RankAbove does not guarantee any specific number of leads, booked jobs, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate business information and to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including those governing SMS and email communications with your customers.
